4th SEAFOODWAYS meeting, YERSEKE, THE NETHERLANDS

On September 5 & 6, 2018, the 4th meeting of the SEAFOODWAYS Association for that year was held at YERSEKE, THE NETHERLANDS. Please note that SEAFOODWAYS is a cooperation network among members at an operational and strategic level to offer customers a variety of solutions at a pan-European level regarding the transport and distribution of their products.

During this meeting, KOTRA Logistics, the host company, introduced to the other SEAFOODWAYS members the shellfish industry of YERSEKE, which is impressively developed and flourishing. In addition, participants had the opportunity to tour the company’s FRESH & FROZEN Platforms and get to know its business executives.

During the discussions, ways of better communication among the business executives who attended were explored, with the aim of further improving communication with and the provision of information to our customers. In addition, it was discussed whether the SEAFOODWAYS network should participate in more exhibitions in order to communicate better the possibilities and solutions it offers to existing and potential customers. MED FRIGO was represented by its General Manager, Sotirios Valerios, and its Logistics Director, Kostas Kiapekos.
